Understanding<\/span> the world, having a reason for being, feeling included\u2026 These few themes, and many others, have run through my life since adolescence.
For a long time, I felt like an astronaut in space, like a stranger on Earth, without bearings.
Extremely sensitive from a very young age, I wanted to make sense of what I perceived but did not understand: all these inequalities, the inconsistencies, \u201chuman madness.\u201d
I struggled with myself, questioned whether I had a valid reason to be here. For all those years, I searched for meaning, a meaning that would simply allow me to live.<\/p>\n

This path, sometimes challenging, gradually taught me to hold a space where it is no longer necessary to justify oneself, to conform, or to harden in order to have the right to exist.<\/p>\n

Along this journey, I was fortunate to meet, at a very young age, a shaman who became a deep reference point for me, a support, a guide.
She subtly showed me that I didn\u2019t need to be someone else\u2026 That wanting to be something other than oneself means that a part of us is not being listened to, heard, loved\u2026 In this way, I moved through, embodied, and integrated as best I could this way of being in relationship with life, and it is from this space that I accompany others today.<\/p>\n

Being heard, without being judged or stigmatized, without even the need to label anything, that is where I invite you. Into a space where you are seen, heard, and loved\u2026 for who you are.
I learned a great deal from this shaman and from other teachers who supported me when I needed it. I learned many things\u2026 But you know, what ultimately remains is not knowledge, but a space, this space that deeply shook me as a teenager, a space I wish to offer you today, so that you may be seen, heard, loved, and that YOU may recognize yourself for who and what you are, without lenses, without judgments, simply for the beauty, the goodness, and the truth of a gaze filled with love, from you to you-self.<\/p>\n

If something within you resonates here, then allow yourself to breathe, quite simply.<\/p>\n

My path has been shaped through experiences, encounters, and lived experience.
It has been nourished by long-term inner work centered on felt sense, energy awareness, and intuitive listening.

A deeply committed personal journey since adolescence,<\/p>\n

Seven years of guidance alongside a shaman,<\/p>\n

Several other years of teachings and trainings in energetic, sensitive, and intuitive approaches,<\/p>\n

A practice of accompaniment through individual sessions, group workshops and spaces for dialogue.<\/p>\n
